Here, at my late thirties, in front of the shore, away and above all negativity, what i do is sit, sit and grow, while others discuss things that have been imposed on them by fearing them. Together with sitting and growing, of course comes swimming and living healthy and dreaming wonderful dreams.

In the morning jump in the shower, shave excess hair while the water is running down your shoulders. Brush teeth with care and use good mouthwash. Do not forget the tongue. Use expensive shampoo and feel like a beast. Use cologne in light doses and stay fresh. Anti-wrinkle cream does more good than bad, Work your ass off three to four times a week. Abstain from all forms of intoxication. At least try hard to do as less harm as possible to your lungs, liver, heart, brain. Do not take things personally and stop worrying . Get yourself something to do. Do something that requires your hours. Do different things. Spend time with friends and loved ones but also with strangers. Learn to care for others. Read, research, learn. Enjoy your food. It feels good to eat depending on what you eat.

How Not To Get A Job

Vice presidents and Personnel Directors of the one hundred largest corporations were asked to describe their most unusual experience interviewing prospective employees:

A job applicant challenged the interviewer to an arm wrestle.

Interviewee wore a Walkman, explaining that she could listen to the interviewer and the music at the same time.

Candidate announced she hadn't had lunch and proceeded to eat a hamburger and french fries in the interviewer's office.

Candidate explained that her long-term goal was to replace the interviewer.

Candidate said he never finished high school because he was kidnapped and kept in a closet in Mexico.

Balding candidate excused himself and returned to the office a few minutes later wearing a headpiece.

Applicant said if he was hired he would demonstrate his loyalty by having the corporate logo tattooed on his forearm.

Applicant interrupted interview to phone her therapist for advice on how to answer specific interview questions.

Candidate brought large dog to interview.

Applicant refused to sit down and insisted on being interviewed standing up.
