freedom cannot be succumbed to this culture of fear

 Here, at my late thirties, in front of the shore, away and above all negativity, what i do is sit, sit and grow, while others discuss things that have been imposed on them by fearing them. Together with sitting and growing, of course comes swimming and living healthy and dreaming wonderful dreams. 

When the heart gets to rise, souls of the past, come near to hear, love has been found elsewhere

In the morning jump in the shower, shave excess hair while the water is running down your shoulders. Brush teeth with care and use good mouthwash. Do not forget the tongue. Use expensive shampoo and feel like a beast. Use cologne in light doses and stay fresh. Anti-wrinkle cream does more good than bad, Work your ass off three to four times a week. Abstain from all forms of intoxication. At least try hard to do as less harm as possible to your lungs, liver, heart, brain. Do not take things personally and stop worrying . Get yourself something to do. Do something that requires your hours. Do different things. Spend time with friends and loved ones but also with strangers. Learn to care for others. Read, research, learn. Enjoy your food. It feels good to eat depending on what you eat.

καθε χρονο και καλυτερα,  καθε χρονο ξυρισμενος και σωστος, καθε χρονο η τυχη ειναι διπλα μου, καθε χρονο ειμαι πρωτος, καθε χρονο ειδικευομαι, καθε χρονο δοκιμαζομαι χαλαρα, καθε χρονο καποιος παει καποιος ερχεται, καθε χρονο δυναμωνει η αναγκη μου για γαληνη, καθε χρονο κατι αλλο γινεται, καθε χρονο μαθαινω, καθε χρονο βιαζομαι και το καταλαβω,  καθε χρονο ολα ειναι φιξτ, καθε χρονο τα πολλα ειναι βαρετα, καθε χρονο καμνω οτι θελω, καθε χρονο ειμαι μαστρος του εαυτου μου, καθε χρονο η μουσικη που ακουω με ενθουσιαζει, καθε χρονο αισθανομαι προχωρημενος, καθε χρονο κερδιζω τον σεβασμο ορισμενων, καθε χρονο πειθω, καθε χρονο εχω τα νευρα μου και μην μου πεις κουβεντα, καθε χρονο τρεχω τρεχω τρεχω, καθε χρονο παω μακρυα με το μυαλο, καθε χρονο λιγες μερες ειμαι μονος μου στο παρκο και γουσταρω την ζωη, καθε χρονο ψαχνομαι, καθε χρονο ο κοσμος ειναι δικος μου, καθε χρονο εχω τον καναπε μου, ενα χρονο το περισσοτερο.

Μόλις ανακάλυψα τον Napoleon Hill και τον Earl Nightingale  και την έχω δεί αλλιώς.
